We’re looking for a builder-operator who understands SEO, organic social, and the systems that connect them. This is not a “post on Facebook” job. It’s not a “check keywords once a month” job.

This is a growth role.

You will design the strategy, create the content, run the systems, and measure the outcomes that grow visibility for Approved Senior Network and our home care clients nationwide.

What You’ll DoSEO

  • Perform keyword research and build SEO content plans
  • Optimize website pages, landing pages, and blogs
  • Improve internal linking, on-page optimization, and schema
  • Monitor rankings, Search Console patterns, and click-through performance

Organic Social

  • Create content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
  • Write captions, hooks, scripts, and engagement prompts
  • Design graphics and carousels (Canva or Adobe)
  • Build and manage monthly social calendars
  • Engage with audiences and drive real conversation

Growth & Ops

  • Track SEO and social metrics and report insights
  • Support marketing campaigns across multiple client brands
  • Manage content production workflows
  • Collaborate directly with Valerie and the leadership team

Required Experience

  • 3 to 5+ years in a combined SEO + organic social role
  • Portfolio of content you’ve created (SEO pages, posts, graphics, reels, etc.)
  • Demonstrable results in growing organic traffic and social engagement
  • Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools
  • Experience in a multi-brand or agency setting preferred
  • Health care or home care experience is a plus (not required)

Required Experience

  • 3–5+ years in SEO + content + social (combined)
  • Strong portfolio with real results
  • Proficiency in GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools
  • Experience with home care, healthcare, or service-area businesses preferred
  • Strong writing skills (SEO + social)
  • Comfort working directly with leadership
