Creative Strategist for DTC Beauty Brand

ASLA Media is hiring a Creative Strategist to own and scale paid ad creative across multiple DTC brands.

This role is about turning market insight into revenue. You will research markets, define angles, write scripts, build briefs, and lead execution. Your output is measured by performance, not opinions.

Role Overview

As a Creative Strategist at ASLA Media, you own the creative direction for Meta Ads.

You’ll work closely with senior strategists and video editors to analyze performance data, iterate on winners, and launch new creative batches continuously. Everything runs through our Notion-based creative system with structured briefs, SOPs, and fast feedback loops.

What You’ll Do

• Research competitors, trends, and market shifts to uncover opportunities
• Deep-dive into customer avatars, pain points, and mass desires
• Analyze ad performance weekly and document learnings, hypotheses, and next tests
• Write ad concepts across formats:
• Long-form VSLs (3–10+ min)
• Short-form video ads (15–60 sec)
• Advertorials and static ads
• Build creative briefs in Notion and manage batches through our system
• Direct and review video editors and designers with clear visual and copy feedback
• Attend weekly team calls and performance reviews
• Continuously refine creative strategy based on results
