The freedom to build your own market and create your own successWhat You'll Do

You'll build and grow your own desk by identifying opportunities before they become recruitment requirements.

  • You'll develop new client relationships across Australia
  • Identify hiring opportunities hidden within transformation programs, growth initiatives and organisational change
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders and executives
  • Generate opportunities across permanent recruitment, contract staffing, project services and workforce solutions
  • Use AI, market intelligence and data-driven insights to identify buying signals and emerging demand
  • Create your own pipeline through proactive business development
  • Become a trusted advisor within your chosen market

  • Sales, recruitment, or business development experience
  • Strong commercial instincts and a proactive mindset
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • A track record of winning new business and building relationships
  • Curiosity around AI, technology and the future of work
  • Resilience, ambition and a desire to build something meaningful
  • Someone who sees possibilities where others see obstacles
