🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Representative📍 Location: Remote (Australia)

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their sales career who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and working closely with sales and marketing teams in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers and target accounts.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets.
  • Continuously improve outreach messaging and techniques.

âś… Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (graduates and career switchers welcome).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confidence in speaking with prospects and handling objections.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
