About the Opportunity:
The organization is a leading manufacturer of functional home and outdoor products with a rapidly growing business unit focused on bath remodeling. The Costco Program Coordinator role is essential for coordinating with the Costco support team to enhance satisfaction with the retail program nationwide.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Program Manager in quoting and selling leads in the CRM
• Assist in processing payments in the OMS platform
• Monitor and resolve member escalations promptly
• Validate loan terms and payments for customers
• Review, resolve, or cancel leads based on CRM dashboard data
• Manage and understand the CRM and communication portals
• Coordinate with local markets to complete and upload required paperwork to customer accounts
• Analyze program performance and provide feedback for process optimization
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to meet program requirements
• Analyze escalation data with production, sales, and business admin managers to drive improvements
• Support escalation meetings twice weekly to resolve major issues timely
• Review notes related to appointments and service and route follow-ups appropriately
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and share updates with internal stakeholders
• Review final paperwork to ensure accurate document uploads for approval
• Ensure proper processing of payments
Requirements:
• Bachelor''s degree in business administration or related field preferred
• 2+ years in Administrative, Program Coordination, or Project Management roles
• Experience with Costco or similar big-box retail environment preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability
• Customer-centric approach with strong relationship management skills
