Senior Business Analyst

We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive operational excellence, process transformation, and data-led decision-making across cross-functional initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and operations.
• Translate data and insights into compelling business stories and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service Design, UX, and CX teams to bridge business, design, and technology.
• Develop documentation, business cases, and impact models to guide transformation initiatives.
• Align qualitative research with quantitative validation for strategic decisions.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Operations, or Transformation Consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in process modeling and data visualization tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Bonus Points

• Experience in efficiency or transformation programs within consulting or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process re-engineering methodologies.
• Exposure to design-led innovation and collaboration with Service Design or UX teams.
• Interest in AI, automation, or ROI modeling for business impact.
