Data Analyst

Our client is one of the top technology firms globally and is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team!

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, building automated workflows, and developing intuitive business applications to support our decision-making processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the Microsoft Power Platform and has a strong foundation in data manipulation and visualization.

The ideal candidate would have expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Python, Excel and Tableau. Responsibilities would include support and development in capacity planning modeling and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to track key performance indicators.

- Process Automation: Utilize Power Automate to streamline repetitive business tasks and improve operational efficiency.

- Application Development: Build and maintain custom business solutions using Power Apps.

- Data Management: Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using Excel and SQL queries.

- Scripting: Leverage Python to automate complex data processing tasks or perform advanced statistical analysis.

- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Data Proficiency: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

- Power Platform: Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling) and Power Apps/Power Automate.

- Programming: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data manipulation (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

- Database Skills: Basic SQL knowledge (writing queries, joins, and data extraction).

- Excel: Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).

- Communication: Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

This role is under temporary employment contract with end date on 7/31/2027.
