The Role We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer campaigns across Europe. This role is ideal for someone who understands both strategy and execution — someone who enjoys managing creators, building authentic relationships, and delivering results that clients love.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, plan, and manage influencer campaigns for international clients across various industries.

  • Identify and negotiate with creators who align with client goals and brand voice.

  • Coordinate campaign deliverables, track performance, and ensure on-time execution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, strategy, and reporting) to deliver complete campaign cycles.

  • Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and regional nuances across European markets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital partnerships.

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems in European markets.

  • Experience working with influencers from different countries and cultural backgrounds.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills — both in English and ideally one additional European language.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
