• Hotel contracting;
• Air and rail ticketing, individual and group;
• Individual and group hotel stays;
• Catering services (coffee breaks, business lunches, dinners) both in hotel and outside;
• Individual and group transfers;
• Final accounting and reporting.

Skills

• Confident handling of Microsoft-Office products.
• Service orientation and aplomb in dealing directly with people.
• Team orientation, communication and cooperation skills, confident and friendly demeanor.
• Process-oriented, proactive & solution-oriented working style.
• Precise work and high-quality standards.
• Commitment, flexibility and willingness to learn in all areas.
• Aptitude for teamwork.
• Availability to make business trip if necessary in occasion of events and project relates to the client followed.
• Good English knowledge.

• Good relationship skills.
