Product Designer

At Behind Bars, we craft world-class bar stations for the best in the industry—award-winning bars, luxury hotels, and top-tier hospitality brands in over 45 countries. Our passion for design and functionality sets us apart, and we are now looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team—someone who not only brings bespoke concepts to life, but also enjoys working closely with clients and leading projects through the discovery and concept phases.

This is a dynamic role combining creative development, technical execution, and project coordination—ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, wants to grow, and is ready to take ownership of real projects.

🔹 What you’ll do• Develop creative concepts aligned with project briefs and client needs

• Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and technical packages

• Lead parts of projects through the concept and design phase in collaboration with internal teams and clients

• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations, timelines and deliverables

• Coordinate with client, engineers, project teams and suppliers to ensure design accuracy and quality

• Prepare documentation and ensure high design standards and specifications

🔹 What we’re looking for

• Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field

• Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software (AutoCAD preferred, Fusion 360 a plus)

• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience preferred
