Ready to take marketing to the next level? Join Biomapas as our Marketing Director and lead the evolution of a modern, high-impact marketing function. This is a hands-on leadership role in a lean, agile team. You will not only define the global marketing strategy but also actively execute it yourself - building campaigns, creating content, and implementing tools that drive measurable results. We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovation and technology-driven marketing, leveraging AI, automation, and data to transform how we engage customers and generate growth. As a key partner to Commercial Leadership and senior management, you will position Biomapas as a forward-thinking, technology-enabled life sciences services provider and ensure marketing directly contributes to pipeline and revenue. Key areas of responsibility:

  • Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business growth
  • Personally drive and deliver marketing initiatives end-to-end (campaigns, content, digital)
  • Introduce and scale innovative, technology-driven marketing approaches, including AI and automation
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent, compelling messaging
  • Design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline
  • Implement and operate marketing tools (automation platforms, CRM integration, AI tools)
  • Own and continuously optimize digital channels, including website and SEO
  • Develop thought leadership content and lead our LinkedIn presence
  • Establish KPIs and use data and analytics to drive decisions and improve performance
  • Build and gradually develop a small, high-performing marketing team
  • Manage external agencies and partners where needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior, hands-on marketing role (not purely managerial)
  • Strong interest in and experience with innovation, digital transformation, and AI-driven marketing
  • Ability and willingness to execute independently in a lean team setup
  • Expertise in digital marketing, automation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Track record of driving pipeline growth and commercial impact
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in life sciences or B2B services is a strong advantage
