We’re Hiring: Director of Finance

(Remote | Full-Time | Biotech/Life Sciences)

We’re looking for a proven financial leader to oversee all aspects of our organization’s finance function. The Director of Finance will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making, ensuring regulatory compliance, and shaping the financial foundation that supports our growth in the biotech and life sciences space.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis

• Prepare and interpret financial statements with clarity and accuracy

• Manage budgets, HR/payroll, and invoicing processes

• Implement financial policies and ensure compliance with regulations

• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business performance

• Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications - US or UAE Candidates ONLY -

• Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting

• Demonstrated experience within biotech, life sciences, or healthcare

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

• Proven leadership and management capabilities

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)
