Finance Analyst (4 day workweek & remote)

Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.

Role:

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts reports and analyzing deviations from targets for presentation to senior management;
• Prepare key company management indicators;
• Assist in preparing the business plan and annual budget;
• Assist in preparing requests for information from the Board and investors;
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements, including the management balance sheet, income statement, and annual accounts report;
• Assist in the preparation of fundraising materials;
• Assist in the preparation of analyses for the continuous improvement of the Finance function;

Hard Skills:

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Query (preferred);
• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred);

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent;
• Autonomy and conflict resolution skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Organizational, analytical, and results-oriented skills.
