Senior On-Chain Execution Trader (CEX/DEX)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior On-Chain Execution Trader specializing in centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges. The role involves executing and managing trades across multiple blockchain protocols, developing and optimizing trading strategies, and ensuring execution aligns with organizational goals. Additional tasks include risk management, monitoring market trends, analyzing on-chain data, and collaborating with internal teams to improve trading operations and strategies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in on-chain execution, including experience with centralized exchanges (CEX) and decentralized exchanges (DEX).
• Proficiency in financial market analysis and trading strategies, particularly within the crypto ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to navigate market trends, conduct risk analysis, and optimize trading approaches.
• Experience with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fully remote environment.
• Background in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field is highly desired.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Solidity, or other relevant tools is a plus.
