Recruitment Consultant

Global remote | Competitive base salary plus 30% uncapped commission

Blocksource is a specialist recruitment company working across blockchain, digital assets, quantitative finance, AI and emerging technology.

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team. Based on your experience and strengths, you will focus on one of the following markets:

• Engineering
• Quant Trading and Research
• Data Science and ML
• Sales and GTM
• Marketing

The aim is to develop genuine expertise, build a strong global network and become a trusted partner to both professionals and clients within your market.

This role is suited to someone who is curious, self-motivated and comfortable starting conversations. You do not need to understand every part of the industry from day one, but you should have a genuine interest in the space and the motivation to keep learning.

The role

You will take ownership of your market, developing an understanding of the technologies, companies, business models and skills shaping it.

You will:

• Research companies, technologies and trends within your market
• Understand client requirements and translate them into focused searches
• Identify, approach and assess relevant professionals
• Build lasting relationships and a strong global network
• Understand people’s experience, motivations and career goals
• Manage relationships and expectations throughout the recruitment process
• Work towards clear activity and delivery goals
• Maintain accurate candidate and market information within our CRM
• Look for ways to improve the quality and efficiency of our recruitment process

What we’re looking for:

You should have experience in recruitment, TA, sourcing or executive search, ideally within Engineering, Quant Trading, Data Science, Sales/GTM or Marketing.

We care more about the quality of your experience, your attitude and your ability to take ownership than an exact number of years.

You will be a strong fit if you:
