About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist EU to join our Human Resources team and support hiring across our growing Security & Technology business.

In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent across engineering, project delivery, field operations, service, sales, and corporate functions. You will play a critical role in building talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting the organization's growth objectives.

This position is ideal for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys sourcing technical talent and wants to develop expertise within the electronic security, low-voltage systems, and technology industries.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition approval through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce plans, and role requirements.
  • Recruit for a variety of positions across technical, operational, commercial, and corporate functions.
  • Propose sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates in competitive talent markets, for agreement with the TABP.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct search.
  • Conduct candidate screening, qualification calls, and initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Present qualified candidate shortlists and provide hiring recommendations.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent availability, under supervision to help develop the capability.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring progress reports.

Talent Pipeline Development

  • Support the TABP in candidate pipeline activities and developing long term candidate relationships.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Promote the company's employer brand through professional candidate engagement.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives and social media activities.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry recruiting activities.
  • Ensure all candidates receive professional and positive recruitment experience.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and applicable employment regulations.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvements.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including if gained in a line management role.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies or projects simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities or the ability to learn.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter or the ability to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • C1 level of English, both written and spoken.
