Turn the problems you solve every day into tasks that teach AI coding agents to work like an experienced engineer. Paid, remote and flexible: 5 to 20 hours a week while a project runs, on your own schedule.
What you will do
- Create small, runnable projects in a language you know well, each with a realistic, reproducible problem.
- Write a clear issue, tests that fail because of the problem, and a verified fix that passes them.
- Record how you investigate: what you read, ran, changed and checked.
- Review other engineers' tasks for realism, reproducibility and test quality.
What you will need
- 3+ years of professional software engineering in any mainstream language.
- Clear written English.

- $90 to $140 AUD an hour, paid for accepted hours
- 5 to 20 hours a week while a project runs, you choose when
- Contract, remote (Australia and international)
