Salary Range: Up to €120,000 base and €240,000 OTE

Role Description

This is a 100% new business enterprise sales role focused on the DACH region, responsible for acquiring high-value clients through both BDR-supported and self-sourced efforts. The role will contribute to the company’s SaaS transition while driving significant margin-based revenue.

Team Size & Leadership Scope

Team Size: 8 AEs (3 Enterprise, 4 Mid-Market), 12 BDRs, with 4–5 AEs to be added before end of year

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle (6–9 months) using MEDDPIC methodology
  • Manage stakeholder mapping and communication across 5–7 teams per client (Accounts Payable, Legal, Data, Treasury, etc.)
  • Work closely with a dedicated BDR for pipeline development (60% supported, 40% self-sourced)
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and execute sequences to generate opportunities
  • Sell into companies with €500M+ revenue, targeting VP-level decision-makers
  • Execute POC and Land & Expand strategies when appropriate

Must-Haves:

  • Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles (6+ months)
  • Proven track record selling €100K+ ACV deals
  • Start-up savvy: ability to succeed without a playbook or brand recognition
  • Strong self-sourcing skills and outbound pipeline generation
  • Minimum 4–5 years of SaaS closing experience

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience selling to finance stakeholders (AP, Treasury, Procurement)
  • Background in competitive sales environments
  • Experience in both SaaS and service-based sales models
