We’re looking for a senior Art Director / Creative Director to lead the creative vision of our Motion Graphics & Interactivity team-setting standards, mentoring designers, and elevating the quality of everything we deliver.

🎨 The role

You’ll lead creative direction across motion and interactive projects, from early concepts to final delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role combining creative judgment, strategic thinking, and team mentorship, with a strong focus on clarity, UX, and storytelling.

🚀 What you’ll do

• Define and own visual direction across motion and interactive projects
• Review and sign off on key deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
• Mentor designers and raise creative and technical standards
• Translate complex scientific content into clear, engaging visuals
• Collaborate with medical writers, animators, and PMs to optimize workflows
• Champion UX and user-centered design in interactive experiences

🎯 What we’re looking for

Required

• 3+ years in Art or Creative Direction with team leadership
• Strong expertise in Adobe CC (AE, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
• Deep understanding of motion design, animation, and production pipelines
• Experience applying UX frameworks to interactive projects
• Confident client communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English; comfortable in remote, international teams

Nice to have

• Interactive video or multimedia experience
• Healthcare / pharma / scientific background
• Advanced motion or rigging skills
• Availability for US-aligned hours (12:00–20:30 CET)
