Contract Manager | Remote UK | Up to £70,000 + International Travel
We’re partnering with a leading global aviation technology business undergoing significant international growth and digital transformation.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to take ownership of the full commercial contract lifecycle across a complex, international SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to support commercial growth while ensuring strong governance and risk management.
This is a fully remote UK role, offering between £50,000-£70,000, with approximately 30% international travel across Europe. The role requires someone comfortable operating across multiple cultures, time zones, and global stakeholders.

You’ll lead the negotiation, drafting, review, and execution of a wide range of commercial agreements including:
- SaaS agreements
- Professional services contracts
- MSAs
- SOWs
- NDAs
- Partnership agreements
- Enterprise customer contracts
You’ll also play a key role in improving commercial processes, accelerating deal velocity, strengthening governance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end commercial contract lifecycle
- Lead complex multi-party contract negotiations
- Support renewals, upsells, and strategic partnerships
- Improve bid management and deal governance processes
- Manage CRM pipeline governance across Salesforce and HubSpot
- Develop scalable contract templates and commercial frameworks
- Create sales and customer success playbooks to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Support international growth, enterprise customer acquisition, and new market initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years’ experience in contract management within SaaS, technology, aviation, or related sectors
- Strong experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts independently
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Experience working within international, cross-cultural environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail across contract review, redlining, and governance
- Experience with CRM systems and contract lifecycle management tools
- Knowledge of data protection and data processing agreements would be beneficial
