Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to turn numbers into insights that drive smart business decisions. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and growth-perfect for someone who enjoys analyzing data, building models, and influencing outcomes from anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and key business metrics
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles
• Conduct variance analysis and identify trends and risks
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with BI tools or financial systems is a plus
• Sharp analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• SaaS, startup, or high-growth company experience
• CPA, CFA, or MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
