Position Summary
The Mid-Level Designer will play a key role in bringing brand strategies to life across digital and traditional channels. This role is designed for a detail-oriented, conceptually strong creative who can execute high-quality design across multiple formats — from digital ads and social content to presentations, landing pages, and campaign collateral.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who understands how creative decisions impact performance, can manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key AccountabilitiesCreative Execution & Design Production
Translate brand and campaign strategies into visually compelling assets. Design digital and print materials that are on-brand, conceptually sound, and aligned with project goals.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner closely with the Creative Director, Copywriters, Project Managers, and Account team to ensure deliverables are strategically aligned and executed efficiently. Communicate proactively about project status, timelines, and resource needs.
Concept Development
Contribute creative ideas and design thinking during campaign development, helping shape initial concepts into polished, client-ready executions.
Quality & Consistency
Ensure all creative meets Catalyst’s standards for excellence — maintaining attention to detail, consistency across deliverables, and pixel-perfect final files.
Tool & Platform Expertise
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace tools to build assets optimized for production and performance marketing.
Qualifications
- Must have experience designing eBooks, Case Studies, and digital ads (experience designing presentations is a plus)
- 3–5 years of professional design experience for a marketing agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, marketing campaigns, and digital design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation design (Google Slides and PowerPoint)
- Experience designing for digital channels, including social, display, email, and web
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
- Understanding of responsive design, file prep, and production workflows
Compensation
$70,000 - $85,000 annual base salary depending on location, and commensurate with experience, skills, education, and/or training.
