CRM & Automations Specialist

About the Role

CEO Studios is seeking a highly experienced CRM & Automations Specialist to support ongoing client projects. This remote role involves designing and implementing automation solutions that integrate and streamline workflows across platforms including Monday.com, Xero, Mailchimp, Gmail, and Web Forms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of process automation and system integrations.

You’ll work closely with Chrystal, Founder of CEO Studios, to optimise internal systems, improve operational efficiency, and create seamless experiences for clients and teams alike.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows and CRM solutions using Monday.com
• Integrate key platforms including Xero, Mailchimp, Gmail, and third-party web forms
• Troubleshoot issues, perform quality assurance checks, and refine existing processes
• Develop and execute test cases for new automations
• Work collaboratively with Chrystal to map out automation needs
• Document processes and provide clear handover where needed
• Provide ongoing support and optimisation of workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM and automation tools
• Advanced proficiency in Monday.com (dashboards, automations, integrations)
• Strong working knowledge of Xero, Mailchimp, Gmail/Google Workspace, and web form platforms
• Strong experience in Zappier
• Excellent troubleshooting and QA skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience working with small businesses or digital agencies preferred
