Qualifications For The Finance Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
  • Experience managing or mentoring finance professionals
  • Strong P&L, variance analysis, financial reporting, and advanced Excel experience
  • Experience within a multi-entity or services organization preferred
