Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Website Designer at Clairelem Developers. In this role, you will plan, design, and build responsive websites that align with client brand guidelines and business goals. You will collaborate with marketers and SEO strategists to create user-friendly layouts, visual assets, and conversion-focused page structures. Day-to-day tasks include translating requirements into wireframes and mockups, implementing front-end designs, optimizing sites for performance and accessibility, and iterating based on user feedback and analytics. You will also maintain design consistency across projects, document design systems, and stay current with web design and front-end best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design to create user-centered, accessible, and mobile-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics to develop cohesive visual assets, layouts, and brand-consistent imagery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development to translate designs into clean, maintainable, and performant code.
- Experience with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, conversion-focused design, and basic SEO considerations for websites is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and work independently in a remote environment is required.
- Prior experience designing websites for service providers, e-commerce brands, or startups is a plus.
