Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the IT solutions space.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Build consultative client relationships to understand needs and position tailored SaaS/CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and communicate compelling value propositions.
- Develop partnerships with technology providers to expand market reach.
- Prepare custom proposals, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, and achieve quarterly targets.
- Provide market feedback to shape sales strategy and solution offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT Services, SaaS, CRM, or Cloud Software.
- Willingness and ability to work in both night and day shifts based on client requirements and business growth.
- Strong understanding of software sales cycles and experience selling technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track progress.
