🎯 The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a key role in growing our client base.
You’ll learn how to find, contact and qualify potential clients across industries to help match them with the right Colossus services.
This role is ideal for junior candidates or those transitioning into sales who are coachable, confident communicators and eager to learn fast.
You’ll receive full guidance, scripts, tools and mentorship directly from senior leadership.
Strong performers can quickly progress to Sales Manager or Director roles with higher commissions.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
• Identify and contact potential clients via LinkedIn, email and phone
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior team members
• Represent Colossus professionally across all communication channels
• Log and update all activities in the CRM (HubSpot)
• Support brand campaigns and outreach initiatives
