Voice Manager | $35/hr Remote

Position: Voice Recording (Birmingham Accent)

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $25 – $35/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Place real phone calls to a provided demo line and record short caller-side sessions.
• Spell out names, emails, and phone numbers naturally as if speaking to customer support.
• Vary tone, pace, pauses, and natural filler words (e.g., “umm,” “let’s see”) for realistic speech patterns.
• Record calls in varied environments (quiet, muffled voice, phone on speaker mode, light background noise).
• Log call details in a shared sheet including metadata and call code provided during the call.
• Submit speaker information such as speaker ID/name, gender, age group, primary language, and geographic ethnicity.

Requirements

• Must be located in the USA, Canada, or the UK.
• Must have a UK Birmingham accent.
• Must use real phone calls (no VoIP) to complete recordings.
• Ability to complete up to 210 phone calls as part of the deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail when documenting call data and metadata.
