🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a Social Ads Project Manager who sits at the intersection of:
- Creative Strategy
- Client Management
- Creative Operations
👉 This is a leadership and thinking role, not a production role.
You will own a portfolio of clients, drive their creative performance, and ensure that every asset produced has a clear purpose and a high probability of winning.
⚡ What You’ll Do
1. 🧠 Drive Creative Strategy in coordination with our Creative Strategists and Strategy Director
- Deeply understand each client:
- Product
- Market
- Customer psychology
- Define winning angles, hooks, and concepts
- Brief creative teams with clear, actionable direction
- Continuously iterate based on performance data
👉 You are responsible for what gets produced and why
2. 🎬 Manage Creative Production
- Oversee a team of creatives
- Challenge their work: push for better hooks, better execution, better clarity
- Ensure: High volume, High quality, Fast iteration cycles
- Maintain a high-performance creative pipeline
👉 You are responsible for quality and output
3. 🤝 Own Client Relationship
- Be the main point of contact on Slack
- Run weekly performance calls
- Present: Results, Learnings, Next creative directions
- Align clients with our testing and iteration philosophy
👉 You are responsible for client confidence and retention🧩 What We’re Looking For
Mandatory
- Proven experience in D2C / e-commerce advertising
- Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
🎯 You must be able to:
- Instantly assess if a creative: is strong, has potential or will fail
- Understand how Meta’s algorithm works
- Think in terms of: hooks, scroll-stopping content, conversion drivers
🧠 AI Mindset
- Strong interest in AI tools (image/video generation, workflows)
- Ability to: generate scalable creative concepts, think in systems, not one-off ideas
- Comfortable working in a 100% AI-driven creative process
🚫 What This Role Is NOT
- Not a designer
- Not a video editor
- Not a copywriter executing tasks
