Design and evaluate complex, real-world workflows across visual, product, and creative domains to assess performance on advanced design tasks.

Deliverables

• Create end-to-end design workflows spanning brand, UX, and creative operations scenarios
• Develop tasks involving marketing assets, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and visual outputs
• Translate real-world design processes into structured evaluation scenarios
• Evaluate and grade outputs against defined design criteria
• Refine workflows to incorporate complexity, edge cases, and multi-step execution challenges

Requirements

• Proficiency in visual design, brand systems, product or UX design, or creative operations
• Ability to use tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent for wireframing and prototyping
• Experience working with design systems, components, and asset management workflows
• Ability to produce and interpret design artifacts including specs, wireframes, prototypes, and briefs
• Strong capability to evaluate design quality and articulate structured reasoning

DetailsJob Type: Part-time position
