💼 We’re Hiring: Sales Representative

📍 Location: Remote (Australia)

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to identify prospects, build relationships, and close sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, achieving targets, and growing their sales career in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Present products or services to prospective clients and understand their needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (entry-level candidates welcome).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
