We’re looking for a strategic business designer/analyst who excels at translating complex technical and operational concepts into clear, outcome-focused designs that accelerate decision-making and drive delivery. We are working with a global banking client who are looking to upgrade their current cloud platform to improve user experience. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape and influence their cloud strategy, delivering scalable models and high-impact artefacts that guide organizational change.

Responsibilities:

• Translate complex technical initiatives into strategic deliverables—position papers, transformation frameworks, roadmaps, and solution blueprints—that enable confident decision-making and stakeholder alignment
• Collaborate across architecture, engineering, and governance teams to build operating models and visual frameworks that scale transformation
• Frame challenges and opportunities to secure investment, accelerate change, and shape strategy
• Create clear, compelling diagrams and visual artefacts to simplify complex ideas and drive action
• Build trust and alignment across stakeholders to champion cloud initiatives
