Business Intelligence Analyst

A leading company in Cyprus is seeking a talented BI Analyst to join its growing Business Intelligence team. The team plays a key role in delivering accurate, reliable, and accessible data to both management and customers, leveraging advanced ETL processes with near real-time capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to answer strategic and operational business questions

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support product development and business decisions

• Build dashboards and reports to improve visibility of key metrics and customer experience

Requirements:

• 2+ years of analytical experience (fintech or trading industry – an advantage)

• Strong SQL skills with experience working on large, complex datasets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to present data clearly and translate it into actionable business insights

• Advanced Excel skills (Qlik – a strong advantage)

• Experience with statistical tools (R, SAS, etc.) – an advantage

• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
