This is an urgent hire so applicants with early career recruiting experience who can start immediately will be prioritised.
The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a global technology organisation to support their Early in Career hiring programmes across EMEA. This is an end-to-end recruiting role focused on delivering a high-touch, world-class candidate experience across apprentice, intern, graduate, and research hiring streams.
You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle while playing a key role in shaping and delivering assessment centres, hiring events, and early talent programmes that directly impact the organisation’s future workforce.
This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role suited to a recruiter who enjoys autonomy, stakeholder engagement, and volume hiring with quality at the core. This is a fully remote, internal recruiter role for a Global Tech Giant offering a great rate for strong work/life balance, never usually finishing after 4pm!
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruiting
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Early in Career roles across EMEA
- Review and shortlist applications against programme requirements
- Conduct first-stage virtual interviews and candidate assessments
Assessment Centres & Hiring Events
- Organise and deliver assessment centres (virtual and/or in-person)
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from application to offer
- Deliver structured feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates
Offer Management
- Build, negotiate, and extend offers
- Manage candidate queries and close high-quality talent efficiently
Stakeholder & Programme Collaboration
- Partner closely with hiring managers and programme leads
- Ensure alignment on hiring goals, timelines, and candidate quality
- Support delivery of intern and apprentice programme experiences
Market & Compliance Insight
- Maintain understanding of local employment law, visas, and compliance
- Monitor market conditions and competitor hiring activity
- Use recruiting data to identify trends and provide insights to stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a recruite with Early in Career / University hiring exposure
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent English
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate engagement skills
- Experience delivering or supporting internship / graduate programmes
- Confident managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong negotiation capability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Experience working with ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools
