Job Overview
Extrico Health is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to support the areas of Human Resources, Operations, and Marketing. This cross-functional role provides support across Human Resources, General Accounting and Administrative Duties, IT Integration, and Marketing Coordination. It is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic health tech startup environment.
The Administrative Support Specialist will have regular interaction with company leadership and will help create and manage processes across a wide range of corporate functions. Job Role and Responsibilities_Human Resources Support_
- Post job openings and conduct initial resume screenings
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and orientation scheduling
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
General Corporate Accounting
- Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Help create and manage systems for routine inbound and outbound invoices
- Track and manage budgets
- Provide support with monthly financial reporting related to general corporate activities
Marketing Coordination
- Assist in planning and logistics for marketing events, webinars, and conferences
- Support the marketing team with content coordination, proofreading, and asset management
- Manage vendor communications and coordinate shipments of marketing materials
General Administrative Duties
- Serve as a point of contact for internal administrative inquiries
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and accessible
- Assist with corporate meeting preparation, including vendor selection, logistics, and coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably in a tech or healthcare environment
- Experience managing social media platforms, utilizing Google Analytics for performance tracking and insights, and running targeted advertising campaigns on LinkedIn
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfort with a variety of technical platforms (Slack, project management tools, Dropbox, etc.) and maintaining inter-platform integrations
- Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., Rippling), LinkedIn Recruiter, expense tools, and CRM/marketing platforms is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Location:
This role operates remotely and can be based anywhere in the continental United States.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, exempt, professional-level position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, longer hours and weekend work may be required at times.
Travel:
Travel on an as-needed basis, though not expected to be a high volume.
Compensation structure:
Base salary $70,000-$85,000/yr.
