As we continue to expand our online presence, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Remote Social Media Content Creator with a specialisation in short-form video. This role offers the opportunity to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our clients's marketing performance.

Position Overview:

The Remote Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, producing, and optimising compelling social media content across various platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok and Meta. This individual will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute social media content strategies tailored to each client's objectives, audience, and industry, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and Meta.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging and creative content, including videos, graphics, and text posts, optimised for each social platform's format and audience preferences. Leverage AI tools strategically to enhance video production, streamline editing workflows, and generate creative concepts—using technology to work more efficiently while maintaining authentic, high-quality output.
  • TikTok Expertise: Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends, challenges, and features, leveraging them to create viral content and maximise client reach and engagement.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand identity, messaging, and goals, and collaborate on content ideas, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, to evaluate content performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, designers, and media buyers, to brainstorm ideas, develop campaigns, and ensure content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation and marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across multiple platforms, particularly TikTok.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in video production, editing, and graphic design tools/software including CapCut.
  • Comfort using AI tools for video asset creation, editing enhancement, and creative ideation to work more efficiently and push creative boundaries.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build rapport, articulate ideas, and manage expectations effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise content performance and achieve client objectives.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
