Senior Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

● Manage influencer campaigns across the US and Brazil (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), including sourcing, outreach, and relationship management

● Develop content strategies based on product features and drive scalable, high-performing content directions

● Optimize campaign performance with a focus on impressions, CPM, and engagement metrics

● Build and manage a UGC creator pool and side account system to support high-volume content testing

● Track social media trends and localize strategies based on market differences (US vs Brazil)

● Collaborate with UA, creative, and product teams to scale winning content

● Coordinate cross-functional and external partners, and provide guidance or support to junior team members when needed

Requirements:

● 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing (US or Brazil experience preferred)

● Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram ecosystems

● Data-driven with experience in CPM, ER, and CPE optimization

● Good content sense with an understanding of viral formats and trends

● Fluent in English (both written and spoken), Portuguese is a plus

● Experience with UGC or side account systems is a plus

● Experience in project coordination or mentoring is a plus
