About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst Course Programme Coordinator to oversee the delivery and success of our Data Analyst training initiative. The role involves managing the end-to-end student journey, from enrollment through to job placement, ensuring participants receive a high-quality learning experience. The coordinator will liaise with industry partners, support students in their career transition, and coordinate with tutors and employers to facilitate job opportunities. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, a passion for education and technology, and a strong commitment to student success. The ideal candidate will have experience in educational program management, a good understanding of data analysis tools, and the ability to motivate and support learners throughout their training journey. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or educational administration.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to motivate and support adult learners.
- Knowledge of UK employment market and employer expectations is advantageous.
- Experience working with online learning platforms and digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall delivery of the Data Analyst Course Programme, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance, motivation, and support throughout their training.
- Coordinate with industry partners, employers, and tutors to facilitate placements, interviews, and job opportunities.
- Monitor student progress, providing feedback and additional support where necessary to ensure successful course completion.
- Organize and oversee career services, including CV workshops, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, certifications earned, and placement outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve course content, delivery, and student engagement.
- Promote the programme through various channels to attract prospective students and maintain a strong cohort pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends and employer needs to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and competitive.
- Prepare reports on programme performance, employment outcomes, and student satisfaction for internal and external stakeholders.
