We are looking for a Paid Social (Contractor) to support paid social execution on a part-time basis within the EMEA region. This role exists to bring hands-on Meta Ads expertise to a specific client engagement, working closely with the internal paid social team to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and performing against KPI targets. The right person is someone who is comfortable picking up existing accounts, contributing independently with minimal onboarding, and collaborating asynchronously with a distributed team. You'll be expected to execute with confidence, flag issues proactively, and bring creative instincts to the work — not just follow instructions. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns day-to-day, ensuring pacing, delivery, and performance are aligned to KPI goals.
- Contribute to creative testing by reviewing assets, providing performance-based feedback, and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Participate in strategic calls and collaborate with internal team members to align on priorities and execution direction.
- Flag performance risks, delivery issues, or optimization opportunities proactively before they escalate.
- Maintain campaign hygiene and tracking integrity across assigned accounts.

RequirementsWe're looking for:
- 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience — Meta Ads (Required)
- Experience managing client accounts independently with minimal direction.
- Ability to participate in calls and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Strong creative instincts — able to review assets, give performance-based feedback, and contribute to testing decisions.
- Solid understanding of campaign structure best practices: prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle flows.
- Familiarity with performance KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CPM, CTR, and similar.
- Based in the EMEA region — timezone alignment is required for this engagement. (Required)
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency required. (Required)
