Digital Marketing Specialist – Affiliate

This role focuses on establishing a comprehensive affiliate marketing program to support the launch of a new personal relationship management app. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building affiliate programs from the ground up, with expertise in both direct and aggregator affiliate models. You will be responsible for mapping out functional and technical requirements, selecting appropriate platforms, and ensuring the solution is scalable for future growth. • Develop and document a scalable affiliate marketing strategy tailored to the app launch and ongoing growth
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend affiliate platforms and tools suitable for direct and aggregator affiliates
• Map out all functional and technical requirements for the affiliate program
• Oversee the implementation and integration of the affiliate solution with the app and supporting systems
• Create onboarding materials and processes for new affiliates
• Establish tracking, reporting, and performance measurement systems
• Advise on compliance, best practices, and industry standards

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building affiliate marketing programs from scratch, ideally for SaaS or app-based products
• Strong understanding of both direct and aggregator affiliate models
• Ability to translate business goals into technical and functional requirements
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking, reporting, and analytics tools
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results on tight timelines
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in affiliate marketing
• Experience with CRM or relationship management platforms is a plus
