Job Description
As a Creative Strategist at Flight Performance, you'll play a crucial role in developing innovative, data-driven creative concepts that drive results for our ecommerce clients. This position bridges the gap between analytical thinking and creative execution, ensuring our ad campaigns are both visually compelling and high-performing. This role requires a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking, with a constant focus on driving measurable results for our ecommerce clients through innovative and high-performing ad creative.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop data-informed creative strategies that align with client goals and target audience behaviors.
2. Conceptualize and produce creative ideas for high-performing ads across various digital platforms, with a focus on social media (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
3. Analyze campaign performance data to inform creative decisions and optimize ad performance through Motion
4. Collaborate with performance marketing teams to ensure creative concepts align with overall campaign strategies.
5. Stay current with emerging trends in ecommerce, social media, and digital advertising to inform creative approaches.
6. Present creative concepts to clients, articulating how they tie to performance goals.
7. Conduct A/B testing on creative elements to continuously improve ad performance.
8. Work closely with designers and content creators to bring concepts to life.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative concepts & iterations
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
- Excellent visual and written communication skills
- Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience in ecommerce and social media advertising
- Ability to think creatively while maintaining a data-driven approach
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Strong client communication, expectation management & presentation skills
