Project Manager/Product Owner

Forte Group is looking for a Product Owner.

Who you are:

• You are flexible, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are well-versed in Project Management
• As a product owner, you will lead product delivery for key clients

What you will be doing day-to-day:

• Lead discovery sessions for prospective customers
• Manage product backlogs or support the clients in managing product backlogs
• Manage client expectations and keep project documentation up-to-date
• Communicate and frame customer problems clearly for the team, including reviewing user stories, flowcharts, and use cases
• Oversight solution development process, remove blockers for your teams
• Supervise functional and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of delivered solutions
• Work on 1-2 projects at the same time at different stages of the life cycle
• Help the sales team to qualify leads
• Contribute in PMO development

What skills and experience you need to have:

• 4+ years' experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner/Scrum Master
• Working experience with Salesforce OR e-commerce projects is a must
• Experience leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch
• Experience establishing an effective SCRUM delivery process
• Experience with troubleshooting of Production issues and coming up with quick solutions and workarounds
• Excellent English and communication skills
