We are recruiting Customer Support Specialists (m/d) to join our client’s operation in Porto.Main responsibility:
Support customers throughout the process of selling and buying cars on the online platform, ensuring a clear and efficient experience.
Workplace: Remote–
Schedule: rotative, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm or 08am and 05pm
Project duration: Initially 2-3 months, with the possibility of continuity
Our client is a leading British company providing innovative online solutions for the automotive market.
What do you need to have?
• Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory);
• Previous experience in the automotive industry (preferred);
• Experience managing clients and operational processes;
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Team player, able to collaborate effectively across the business;
• Availability for a temporary project.
