We are seeking an Operations Administrator to support our internal operations team. This is a backend, non-customer-facing, entry-level role focused on execution, accuracy, and consistency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, repeatable tasks, and following documented processes exactly.
Role Overview
The Operations Administrator is responsible for completing a defined set of operational tasks that support internal systems, campaign setups, and ongoing account maintenance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our systems are built correctly and remain clean, consistent, and error-free.
This is not a creative or strategic role. Success in this position requires extreme attention to detail, comfort with highly repetitive tasks, and a strong preference for checklists, structure, and clearly defined expectations.
Responsibilities
- Execute documented setup and operational tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Follow step-by-step procedures to build and configure internal systems
- Complete repeatable daily and weekly task lists
- Perform quality assurance checks to confirm work is correct and complete
- Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Maintain organized records, trackers, and internal documentation
- Log completed tasks and updates in internal systems
- Support internal teams by completing assigned operational requests
- Assist with basic reporting and data verification
- Follow established naming conventions, file structures, and build standards
