Senior Marketing Officer | United Kingdom | Remote We're working with the leading family support charity in England and Wales on this exciting opportunity to drive social change. This is a high-impact role for a creative digital marketer to lead integrated multi-channel campaigns using Meta Ads, Salesforce, and advanced automation to support families in crisis. The Role

• Lead the end-to-day delivery of high-profile marketing campaigns funded by the Department for Education, focusing on audience acquisition and engagement across England and Wales.
• Execute multi-channel strategies across Meta Paid Ads (Facebook/Instagram), organic social, email, SMS, and print to drive uptake for vital training and support services.
• Spearhead the implementation of a new email marketing platform, building sophisticated segmentation, automated user journeys, and robust A/B testing frameworks.
• Produce insight-led content including video assets, blogs, and case studies using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Express to maintain a compelling brand voice.
• Track and optimize performance using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights, delivering regular KPI reports to the Head of Marketing to drive data-led decision-making.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 4+ years of professional marketing experience (in-house or agency) with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools including Salesforce (or similar CRM), email automation platforms, and project management software like Asana, Hootsuite, or Loomly.
• Strong technical proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including audience building, budget optimization, and creative testing for paid social.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex social care themes into punchy, empathetic, and action-oriented narratives.
• A collaborative, "solutions-focused" mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
