This is a remote role for a Meeting Consultant working under license with HelmsBriscoe. As a Meeting Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will involve contract negotiation, business meetings management, meeting planning, communication, and site selections. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, collaborate with venues to secure the best terms, and coordinate all aspects of the meeting planning process.

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications include contract negotiation and a deep understanding of all aspects of business events. You will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and remotely. Strong organizational and time management skills and being detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously is a must. Experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field Industry.
