Client Coordination Assistant — Hiring

We are supporting a partner company in identifying a Client Coordination Assistant to help manage client relationships and support smooth execution of operational tasks.

This role is suited for someone who can balance communication, organization, and consistency in a dynamic environment.

What you will be working on

• Supporting communication with clients across channels

• Managing follow-ups and ensuring timely responses

• Coordinating internal teams based on client needs

• Maintaining accurate and structured client records

• Assisting with scheduling and task tracking

• Supporting overall client experience and satisfaction

What we are looking for

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
