What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Act as a trusted advisor on strategic human resources matters impacting business results
- Ensure PS activities align with the employer's culture, values, and mission
- Partner with corporate PS functions to deliver positive business outcomes
- Ensure adherence to PS policies and compliance with findings and action plans
- Engage in initiatives that support the employer's commitment to caring for patients with chronic kidney failure
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role
- Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to partner with various corporate functions to achieve business results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in healthcare-related human resources
- Familiarity with performance management systems and processes
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR)
- Demonstrated ability to drive a culture of belonging and community
- Experience with training and development programs
