Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior financial leadership across commercial activity, ensuring that revenue growth is supported by clear profitability drivers, disciplined cost awareness, and effective performance management.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to commercial and regional leaders, supporting decision making with rigorous analysis, challenge, and practical recommendations rather than retrospective control.
• Establish clear financial frameworks for evaluating commercial opportunities, including new initiatives, market expansions, partnerships, and customer propositions, ensuring consistency of approach across regions.
• Lead the development of commercial plans and forecasts, improving confidence in outlooks and strengthening links between demand expectations, resource capacity, and financial outcomes.
• Create clear, accessible reporting that explains commercial performance, margin movements, and value creation, supporting timely, informed decisions.
• Introduce structured evaluation of commercial spend and resource deployment, ensuring that investment choices are prioritised, measurable, and reviewed against expected outcomes.
• Bring clarity to commercial decision ownership and approval, improving accountability and reducing ambiguity while allowing teams to operate at pace.
• Promote alignment between finance, commercial, operational, and support functions through shared metrics, consistent data, and common decision frameworks.

Candidate Requirements

• Senior commercial finance professional with experience supporting fast growth companies operating across multiple countries or regions.
• Recognised professional finance qualification with a relevant degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
• Background within medical aesthetics or pharmaceuticals, where pricing, margins, and commercial structures require discipline and oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to improve the quality and consistency of commercial decisions within evolving or decentralised organisations.
• Strong commercial judgement covering profitability analysis, pricing structures, partner economics, and trading terms.
• Confidence and credibility to challenge senior stakeholders, test assumptions, and influence outcomes constructively.
• Comfort operating in detail while helping to establish clearer standards, processes, and governance that scale with the business.
• Full and permanent right to work in the UK or Europe. Visa sponsorship is not available.
