Job Description

This is a full-time remote Billing/Financial Operations Specialist position with opportunities for growth in this direction. We are expanding our team with finance professionals who can help us optimize financial operations, ensure accuracy in transactions, and improve internal billing processes. You will be responsible for setting up wire transfers for approvals, coordinating payments, automating financial reporting, and assisting with billing system improvements.

Qualifications

Required:

• 4 years of experience in financial operations (billing, wire transfers, payment processing).
• Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools and payment processing platforms
• Strong attention to detail—ensuring absolute accuracy in financial transactions
• Experience with international payments (for example, SWIFT, WISE)
• Fluent English (C1-C2) and Russian (C1-C2) (our technical team is primarily Belarusian, communicating internally in Russian, while documentation and communication with the US-based team are in English)
• Ability to work in Pacific Time (able to accommodate US working hours)

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in financial operations for SaaS or tech-driven companies
• Familiarity with billing system integrations and automation
